5. I don't have to drive to work or church.
4. I can sleep in more since work and church are upstairs.
3. It's a nice quiet place to live in.

1. If I forget to put on deodorant on Sundays, I can just run back downstairs, put it on, and go about the day!

nice list! i couldn't have said it better! although...i might just make my own list of...the oddities about living in the church basement with #1 being: I have issues with being late!
